Customized Products Policy
All our products are specially customized and made-to-order according to customer requirements. Therefore, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

- Printed Mugs
- Personalized Gifts
- Photo Products
- Custom Design Orders
Exceptions
Replacement or support will be provided only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Printing/manufacturing defect from our side
Reporting an Issue
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once production or printing has started.
